This policy explains how KT Flooring collects, uses and shares information when you use our website.
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, contact details and message. We send this information to our team by email to respond to your request.
When you use chat, we collect the messages you type. If you choose to share them, we also collect your name, email address, phone number, address and details about the work you need. The chat tools answer questions and send your messages and details to our team so we can follow up. Replies may be generated by AI, including Anthropic's AI service. We and our marketing agency, AQ Marketing, keep chat transcripts. The AQ chat assistant also sends chat messages and details to our customer relationship management system.
Information collected automatically
When you visit, we collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time on the site. Our website tools also use cookies and local storage, as described below.
How information is used and shared
Our website uses hosting, analytics, tag management, spam filtering, security, chat and content-delivery providers. These providers process information to run the site, measure visits and website use, filter spam, protect forms, deliver content and support chat. For example, Akismet receives your form submission, IP address and browser details to check for spam. Outside font, icon, widget and file providers receive information such as your IP address when your browser loads their content.
